Miscellaneous Tasks

Requirement: You need to access the Administrator Management Interface to perform the following task.

Password Retrieval/Reset

* Please read everything before your proceed.

To retrieve Administrator PW
1. Go to https://www.ReplaceWithYourDomain:8443  (eg. https://www.abcdefg.com:8443)
2. Click the Forgot Your Password link
3. Enter the relevant information (See Below)

* The domain Administrator Login username is the domain name itself. (eg. abcdefg.com)
* The email address is the registered email address on our records.  Other email addresses will not be accepted.
* If email address is no longer valid, please fax to 67537887 (or scan and email) on company’s letterhead (signed and stamped) with the new administrator name, email and phone number.

To reset Email password
1. Go to https://www.ReplaceWithYourDomain:8443  (eg. https://www.abcdefg.com:8443)
2. Login as Administrator. Click Mail, select User, Under General
3. Enter the new PW

To reset FTP password
1. Go to https://www.ReplaceWithYourDomain:8443  (eg. https://www.abcdefg.com:8443)
2. Login as Administrator. Click Web Hosting Settings
3. Enter the new FTP PW

To find FTP username
1. Go to https://www.ReplaceWithYourDomain:8443  (eg. https://www.abcdefg.com:8443)
2. Click Web Hosting Access, the FTP username is shown there

To reset Administrator password
1. Go to https://www.ReplaceWithYourDomain:8443  (eg. https://www.abcdefg.com:8443)
2. Login as Administrator. Click Account -> My Profile -> General
3. Enter the new PW
